These terms govern this website only. Our software products and any services we provide are covered by their own separate agreements. Where those agreements conflict with this page, the agreement for that product or service applies.
Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, its admin areas or any connected system.
- Interfere with how the site works, including through automated traffic, scraping that degrades availability, or introducing malicious code.
- Submit anything through our forms or the project console that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding on this site are owned by TecizEverything or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages, and quote them with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse its design or code, or present our content as your own.
The TecizEverything name and logo are our marks and may not be used without our written permission. Other product names, company names and logos shown on the site, such as technology platforms, app stores and tools we work with, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not mean those companies endorse us, partner with us or are affiliated with us, unless we say so expressly.
Information on the site
We take care to keep the site accurate, but its content is general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and it may become out of date. You should not rely on it as the only basis for a business or technical decision. Descriptions of our capabilities and of future directions describe our work and ambitions, not a promise of any particular result.
Project console and automated analysis
The project console, the “Ask anything” field and the Start Building flow give an automated first reading of what you describe, generated with the help of AI. That reading may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is indicative only and is not advice, a quotation, a proposal, an estimate or a commitment to deliver anything. Any work we agree to do is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
Ideas and information you send us
We treat the briefs and messages you send with care and do not share them outside our team and the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. However, sending us an idea, brief or message does not create a confidential relationship, a partnership or any obligation on either side. We may already be working on, or may independently develop, similar ideas, and nothing you send restricts that. If you need confidentiality before sharing details, ask us and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first. Please do not send confidential information, trade secrets or other people’s personal data through the site.
Links to other sites
Links to third-party websites and app stores are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability
